Looking up at the stars through the tree branches I can see the belt of Orion and the star cluster Pleiades. The Seven Sisters blink down at me as I stare back at them. I wave. I always wave at the Pleiades, just in case anyone there is watching. Here on earth, the bubbles are trying their darnednest to do their work, but I can not relax. Too much on my mind. Too many worries in this life to be washed away by hot bubbles scrubbing me from all directions. I close my eyes. In the moment, everything is just as it should be. In the moment, I have hot water swirling around me. In the moment, I can relax. But even though I live in the moment well, it is hard to do so when those all around me are living in the past and the future, everywhere but in the moment. The bubbles swirl and the stars twinkle. Steam rises from the heat of the water into the chill of the air. The lights of San Francisco light up the the entire bay. I look up at the Pleiades and smile. In the moment, I am fine.
